Enhance Sense of gain: The New Idea of Fighting Corruption and Promoting Clean Government in the New Period

Abstract: Since the Eighteenth Congress of the CPC, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions focusing on "bring the people more sense of gain by fighting corruption and improving Party conduct", thus forming new ideas, new thinking, and new rules on combating corruption and building a clean government in the new period in terms of its value orientation, objective, driving force, and evaluation criteria; "fighting corruption and improving Party conduct and how to bring more sense of gain to the people" has become the new hot topic discussed by the mainstream media, the public and Internet users. At the same time, since the Eighteenth Congress, "bring the people more sense of gain by fighting corruption and improving Party conduct" has become a new issue on which the theoretical circle and scholars have conducted in-depth research and relevant government departments have extensively worked, the majority of the people have gained growing sense of gain politically, economically, psychologically, socially and ecologically from this "great struggle with many new historical characteristics".
