On "Internet Plus" Technology and Modern Medical and Health-care Services

Abstract: The "Internet Plus" technology has injected into medical and health-care services (MHS) the concept of innovative development, ecological environment and the mode of social health-care governance. While the traditional MHS system is shifting away from its previous professional and fragmented services towards the provision of intensive and integrated services, problems still remain that it is urgent to address the lack of comprehensive strategic arrangements, the development path is uncertain, and the relevant norms and standards, and even the polices and laws need to improve. Under the guidance of the "Internet Plus" strategy of making China strong, we will intensify top-level design, be innovation-driven, integrate resources allocation, and let the “Internet Plus” play a historic role in promoting the MHS cause in terms of technology, economy, standards, policies, personnel and safety, and take an innovation-based development path.
