—Thoughts and Ideological GSuggestions on overnance

Abstract: Ideology is the ethical foundation of social harmony and stability. The ideological governance is an important part of the national security strategy as well as an important part of the national governance modernization. In the era of IT-based spread of ideas, it is not enough to implement and maintain the mainstream ideology with the organizational and administrative power. The ideological work must change the traditional "management" and use modern "governance". Ideological governance should avoid being oversimplified or unduly enlarged and reject the left and right tendencies. To achieve scientific ideological governance, the government should establish a new operating system and the corresponding operating mechanism. The governance of ideology is at first the governance of the main subjects, which include the management subject and the communication subject. In ideological governance, the degree to which ideology is governed must be carefully decided and attention must be paid to the governance modes and methods. When treating ideology-related issues, the parties involved and the occasion must be considered on a one-to-one basis, and a clear line needs to be drawn between academic issues and political issues.
